What to expect from a 1hr female only Boxfit class

Gloves on!! up to a 6 round punching circuit

Floor circuit working all muscle groups

All important stretch
All exercises are set to times:
ie : As many reps of a particular exercise in a certain amount of time
This means you can work at your own pace but as your fitness improves you can see your development by the increased number of reps in the same period of time
