 Every Tuesday and Thursday 

7.30pm-8.30pm

£4 per session

What to expect from a 1hr female only Boxfit class

  1. Stretching
  2. Skipping to warm up
  3. Gloves on!! up to a 6 round punching circuit
  4. Floor circuit working all muscle groups
  5. Warm down
  6. All important stretch

All exercises are set to times:

ie : As many reps of a particular exercise in a certain amount of time

This means you can work at your own pace but  as your fitness improves you can see your development by  the increased number of reps in the same period of time
