MIXED BOXFIT CLASS
Boxfit has become very popular attracting regular members, often attending 3 classes per week.
What to expect during a 1 hour Boxfit class:

Stretching

Skipping (warm up)

Gloves on! up to a 6 round punching circuit

Floor circuit using all muscle groups

Full stomach workout

Warm down

All important stretch
All exercises are set to times:
ie : As many reps of a particular exercise in a certain amount of time
This means you can work at your own pace but as your fitness improves you can see your development by the increased number of reps in the same period of time
Working in pairs motivates you to work harder
